I just tried this freephone number and it told me something or other about HSBC and me not needing to call them back, so both of these entries can be removed, I think. :)

I've removed these entries. We also have another one which is now verified: 0845 609 0545 = 0121 455 2375 = 0500 992299

All these numbers answer with the same menu with the familiar HSBC female voiceover which identifies it as being "Metropolitan Collection Services Limited", rather than HSBC. They allow automated payments or speak to an advisor.

I have also added 0800 783 8422 in the comments, with a note saying that calls come from this number and it does not allow calls to be returned.
