I have just spoke to a very nice lady who gave me the DHL Global number.0208 754 5000 called it no problem

When I need to contact DHL alway use the 0208 number and if I ask for a specific department they have never failed to connect me either to a local depot or a specific department

Yodel is the new name for Home Delivery Network (HDNL)

When one looks this up, it lists a whole load of local depot numbers before listing the customer services number that is equivalent to the 0844 number way down the list. This number is 01332 816960. It would be much more user-friendly if this could be moved up to the top of the list. I can confirm that it works.

I have moved this into Geographical Numbers Chat, which is more appropriate.

I will have a look at the numbers offered for DHL.  You say that the number is for customer services?

DHL offer an official number here for their Customer Relations which is: 0345 072 0278.

I will see what can be done with the DHL numbers.

The customer relations number you found also works, but the landline number I gave you is more exactly equivalent to the 0844 number. It may be worth listing both, but the important thing is that at least one of them is at the top of the list when one does a search.

I have listed both, with the 01332 number at the top and that is listed for tracking, and the 0345 for Customer Relations.

Let's see how that works for now.

This number works for other DHL enquiries (I received a text stating I owed VAT and Duty so called this number for an invoice): 0207 760 3356
