The 020 number on there is unobtainable apparently now all 0870 numbers.

It is worth pointing out that a number of landline providers including BT and TalkTalk now charge 0870 numbers inline with 01, 02 and 03 ones and include them in packages on the same basis.

Up until now, we only had a PO box for WTY.

I have come across a couple of addresses that are given on various sites:

• 95 Stockfield Road
  Acocks Green
  Birmingham
  B27 6AT
   
  
• Blythe Valley Innovation Centre
  Central Boulevard Blythe Vall
  Birmingham
  B90 8AJ (there are a few instances of this address but with post code B27 6AT)

On the basis that some have the B27 post code at the Innovation Centre, where it is outside of B27, I wonder if the Innovation Centre is the current address (or certainly the later of the two).

The Innovation Centre's website is www.bvic.co.uk

Or perhaps they have both offices; Stockfield Road being their administrative base and the Innovation Centre being where they teach (if that's what they do).
