I am looking for the alternative geographical number for the medical practice, aka Grahame Park Health Centre NW9.   The NGN is 0844 387 9193.    I have tried ringing numbers around their fax number (but it is the same name as before the changeover) and looking up individual doctor's on Google.  All to no avail.   Whenever I have been in there I look around for another number.

The local Patient Liaison Service (PALS) have told me that I have to wait till the end of the contract for any changes.    Here is hoping someone will have discovered it.

BT will usually have written the telephone numbers on the drop box inside the building (this is often close to where the cables enter the building).

Occasionally, they also write them on the sockets that the phones are plugged in to.

It may just be a case of having a look round and being observant.


Has their provider refused the option of using an alternative 03 number? This can usually be actioned any time within the contracted time.
