i dont know if this applies to all mobile networks but it states on this site the 0800 are free on orange they charge you for these phonecalls

dont know how i request a change though

just to add does anyone have alandline number for new claims all the numbers listed are for specific jobcentres

hi there, which number are you referring to??

The new claims number for Job Centre Plus is: 0800 055 6688 and as stated here: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/moneytaxandbenefits/benefitstaxcreditsandothersupport/illorinjured/dg_172014 it should be free to call from an Orange Mobile or BT Landline.

If Orange are charging you to call that number I'd suggest you ask them why.
