Thanks for letting us know, out of interest this page gives an "international" alternative of: +44 (0)1698 54 54 54, which is different from the number you have confirmed.

Did the number you called give you an IVR menu?

Thanks for reporting this. I've tidied up the entries for John Lewis.

01236 634444 goes straight through to an operator.
01698 545454 says that it is for international enquiries, but then gives options and is suitable for UK callers.

I have listed both of these with appropriate messages to convey these facts.
