Title: Renault

Steam coming out of my ears!!!!!!!!!!!

Renault Customer Services have moved from an 0800 to 0844 number and the staff have all been given the usual b*llsh*t responses to give to customers. The highlight being that it is not a revenue generating number.

What idiot though this was a good idea when they will be in breach of the Consumer Rights Directive (even with all the potential opt outs).

So what was wrong with an 03 number?

The contact page gives the usual flim-flam which obviously neglects to mention the associated Service Charge:

Quote:
Calls cost 5.1 pence per minute (inc. VAT) from a BT Landline.
Mobile and other providers charges may vary

When will it be open about its new Service Charge?

Interestingly a Search for Renault UK Rickmansworth (which is where they are based) gives this: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=renault+uk+rickmansworth&oq=Renault+UK+Rick&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0l3j69i62.4323j0&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

I guess if enough people complain they MAY take some notice.
