On 17 March 2014, DWP changed most of their 0845 lines (other than those for CSA) over to 0345 numbers.

As with HMRC, which changed in 2013, there is no longer a need to go looking for alternative numbers for DWP.

Enter "HU17 · · · " here: http://los.direct.gov.uk/

Remaining DWP 0845 numbers are expected to change to 0345 in the next month or so.
