Title: Jobcentreplus all now 0345

It seems the jobcentre has quietly changed their 0845 numbers to 0345
the 0845 is still active and 0345 works too so just change the 0845 to 0345 and it works.

Not all DWP 0845 numbers have swapped to the matching 0345 number.

It's best to look on their website for the correct number.

Most of the numbers changed on 17 March 2014.

I haven't managed to get a geographical number for this. In the mean time, I've found that 1866 are only charging 1p per minute (plus the 5p connection fee) for 0345 608 8545.

RamraiderUK, calls to 03 numbers are charged at geographic rates the same as 01/02 numbers.  They are also included in any minutes package provided by your telephone service provider.

Are you advising us that your provider charges a different charge? You may wish to check with them directly specifying that the number you want to call is a 03 number.

That will be if you are using their 0808 or 020 number, otherwise the charge will be 0ppm, this requires your line provider to allow this type of call, and it is 18866.
