The number on my renewal notice was 0844 543 4413. There is an unverified entry for this number giving an alternative of 029 2060 1298, which I used successfully. This number already appears in the main database under a different 0844 number for renewals. Incidentally I tried the 0344 equivalent first, just in case it worked, which it didn't.
