I was going to mention this public body who are big users of 0844 at multiple locations as  not complying with Govt Guidelines. EG: https://www.cafcass.gov.uk/contact-us/central-area.aspx

But i am pleased to see they have now seen the light .

On Monday, 11th August 2014 we will be switching the Cafcass phone numbers from the 0844 prefix to a new 0300 number. We are making this move following feedback from people who call us, and in line with government recommendations. Our new number will be 0300 4564000 but please do not use this number until 11th August. If you are unable to use the current 0844 number please email us at telephoneenquiries@cafcass.gsi.gov.uk and someone will call you back."
