Consider a supplier offering call back EG:
https://www.localphone.com/services/callback

Can be used from both landlines and mobiles. Very handy if you dont have inclusive minutes.

They call both you and your contact so you’ll pay the low rates for both parts of the call.

Eg Call UK Mobile from UK Landline 1.8p + 0.5 =2.3p a minute.

Prepaid account. No set up fees.
