As you point out 01274568211  is the main switchboard its been mentioned many times before.

The 0871 200 9000 number is for sales.

While looking on Damart's FAQ's I found another 0330 number under: Orders> Where is my Order?

We're sorry if one of your items has not been sent as expected. If all the items on your order are in stock, we aim to deliver within 7 days for standard delivery, but it's often much sooner. Express delivery orders placed on Monday will be delivered Wednesday, Tuesday orders will be delivered on Thursday, Wednesday orders on Friday, Thursday orders delivered on Saturday,Friday orders on Tuesday and Saturday / Sunday orders are delivered on Wednesday.

I dont think the addl numbers will connect to sales because they have longer hours to customer service etc.

The three different 03 numbers, seem to have 3 different customer service admin purposes.

This is a live number and doesn't this need to be a 01/02/03 number as it is an initial customer service contact number

This thread is about HMRC the 0871 number  you mention belongs to Damart . If you read the Damart your see its their sales number. They are allowed to use Non Geo Numbers for sales purposes. As long as they supply an alternative 01/02/03 customer service line. Which they do. If you read the regs its laid out.  ;)

Have you tried the entries listed for Damart in the database (and referenced above)?
