I will make sure that this is one of the highlighted examples when the fair telecoms campaign next issues a media briefing on the subject. I am sure that at least one of the other red-tops will be interested - unless their cupboard may also contain the odd skeleton!

Mirror Reader Offers appears to be operated by BVG Group who's main contact number is an 0871 number, not a good start.

Searching for BVG gives several numbers, I would suggest trying a few of those and seeing how you get on.

As SilentCallsVictim has advised they are in breach of the CC regulations, as they do NOT offer an 01/02/03 customer service number.
