Title: Lyco

This company uses 0843 numbers (including for after sales support) without declaring the cost of calling: https://www.lyco.co.uk/

Obviously not allowed if they're selling to consumers but is it OK to do this if they're selling to other businesses?

Although the price display defaults to net of VAT, commonplace in B2B catalogues, they seem to make no attempt to discourage private buyers.

I believe that the regulations on use 084/087 numbers for after-sales numbers, applies only for consumer's.

However I would say it's not exactly good practice to use an 084/087 number for these calls. Maybe the company was told it was the best number to use.
