This is a company used by social housing associations to
do all kinds of jobs.
I urgently need to call them but their number for
residents  tel:0844 736 5956 would cost me 55p
per minute plus a call charge!!
I have done a sayno search and searched this forum but
no joy.
Any info appreciated.

You mentioned that they are used by Social Housing Associations for jobs, were you given their contact information or recommended them by your Housing Association (HA)?

If you were I would take this up with the HA and ask them to seek an alternative (01/02/03) number.

You could also contact Just Ask via e-mail here specifying that you are unable to contact them on their 0844 number as they are restricted on your phone, and ask them for an alternative.

Are they are for consumers or business' ?  They may be breaking Consumer Rights Legislation by using an 084 number.

The number 0844207365956 has far too many digits to be a valid number.

Their website shows 0844 736 5956 without a 20 between 0844 and 736 5956.

Their website appears to be in breach of the Ofcom regulations requiring the premium rate call charges to be stated immediately alongside the 0844 number.
