Title: Extractor fan world

I recently ordered from this company and the order arrived with no problems. https://www.extractorfanworld.co.uk/

What's not so good is the prominent 0845 number on their home page, with no mention of call charges. They are primarily a b2b company so do the same rules apply?

They are part of an electrical wholesaler, Gil-lec: http://www.gil-lec.co.uk/ who have an 01 number so why on earth are they still using 0845?

Irrespective of which regulations do or do not apply, making callers pay up to 65p per minute in order to benefit from a 7p per minute Service Charge is "greedy and foolish".
See: http://www.fairtelecoms.org.uk/docs.html?insanity

If they deal with the public, then they do have to comply with consumer regulations, both on declaring call charges for any 084, 087 or 09 numbers and on which numbers can (01, 02, 03, 080) and cannot (084, 087, 09) be used for customer service lines.

They are undoubtedly subject to the provisions of the Consumer Contract Regulations and the UK Calling regulations, as they advise on their web page -
