Hello all... Does anyone know of a freephone number for this energy supplier? They do not respond to e-mails etc... Kind regards... Richard.

What number have you got?

If it's an 01, 02 or 03 number it's simply inclusive in allowances on landlines and on mobile phones. Their official website shows an ordinary Leeds 0113 number.

If it's an 084, 087 or 09 number it's a premium rate number. Furthermore if you found that number on a third-party or unofficial website, the number is either out of date or is fake or a scam.

They have an ordinary 0113 phone number. As Ian01 said, inclusive in most phone packages.
