Perhaps try other numbers in the 677 range - 677001, 677002... Please report back any success you have.

After receiving my bill today with a total of £25.00 worth of calls to Sky's 0844 number, I looked on here (thought it was only for 0870 numbers, sorry), and got through perfectly on the 0207 979 9540/9500 numbers. Wooooo! thankyou to this site you're saving me money already

Let us know whether this is a suitable alternative.

I have today got through with no trouble on 01506 677005. However, 01506 831055 and 831702 are no longer active - they have an answer phone message telling you "no longer available" and then you are disconnected. Hope that helps

I've just tried it and I think it answered as 677000 used to before they stopped it.
