Over the last 7 days, I have used 115 mins of my FREE 150 mins on my mobile phone, holding on to complain to O2.

I have just heard on the radio about being charged
'for the privilege'.  Whatever you do, do not use the 0870 444 3333 number, they will keep you hanging on for ever ......... What a rip off ..........

If you want to ring o2 and your mobile is still working use your mobile, dial 4444(the top up number FREE) and just wait and wait while the automated service repeats its-self, after repeating the options about 4 times it asks you if you want to speak to a customer service operator for free.

use a landlien if you can as it will be cheaper
