Tomorrow (Saturday 25th September 2004), there is a programme on BBC Radio London's breakfast show which mentions 0870 numbers.

It is primarily talking about doctors surgeries who have recently moved over to using 0870 numbers.

Is there anyone here who can get this station where they live, who would be able to record it ?

I expect the part of the show discussing this to be on after about 7:30, but should be no later than around 8:20.
