Beware of strong sales tactics from this company selling a combined rental and call service. Rental of lines is cheaper than BT but local/national calls cost 1.7p per minute compared to 18866's 1p per connection charge. There is also a £30 per line 'set up' charge. Very hard selling techniques from sales staff based in India. Be warned!! Embarrassed

Also, minimum contract period of 12 months. If you are not happy with the service there is nothing you can do. BT just will not even listen to your cries.

Once you are away from BT line rental you can no longer take advantage of any company which provides a CPS service.
