I believe the 20% only applies if ordering online, therefore the 10% may still apply if ordering via telephone.

If you go to their website, it's the top right hand-side is their link to the online shop, or alternatively, click here. It appears that their online ordering is taken by secureonlineshopping.biz.

Yes normally you only get the 20% if you order online, i should have made that clearer.But the site is so busy. If you have any difficulty, ring them and tell them that you had problems accessing the site ,and they will honour the 20% discount.

I only mentioned there NGN no in case readers were put off by there 0870 one!!!
