DVLA numbers

I used SayNoTo0870 to find a number for DVLA, specifically to find a number to ask about a refund for an unexpired licence disc.  The operator who spoke to me asked very suspiciously, "Have you had a letter from us?  If not, how did you get hold of this number.  You aren't supposed to use it."

That's what I call a success.

Oh dear! In my haste to post I didn't read through what I had typed.  Yes I do know that it's 0870, not 0670, and I do know that success has two Cs.
