BA / British Airways, the worlds favourite airline??.

Sub-contractor sacks workers, BA Heathrow staff strike in sympathy.

So what do BA do?  The usual lets-service-our customers and get them to ring the 0870 BA Disruption Line

Its not on the scale of the London Bombings theft line, but be you a private or public company, if in doubt fleece the public.

EDIT  22:11  11/8/05  UNLESS MY EYES DECEIVED ME THIS WAS GIVEN OUT AS AN 0870 NUMBER ON 'LONDON TONIGHT' LOCAL NEWS PROGRAMME.  IT NOW SEEMS ITS AN 0800 NUMBER AFTER ALL (see other thread), THANK GOODNESS.  APOLOGIES TO BA AND ALL
