Being an occasional viewer of The Horror Channel on Sky digital, I came across a message asking me to enter my PIN number, if I didn't know I was asked to dial an 0870 number, a quick look in your database gave me a free 0800 number which I used.  Thanks.  I was on the phone for 33 minutes approximately before I was answered, I wonder how much that would've cost Sky?
