UK Info has no record of Rockwell. But Tessera Portfolio (& group) are listed, along with 335 other companies, at 30 City Rd, London EC1Y 2AB. One can assume that is merely a holding / postal address.
On the tessera blurb, see above site, their postal code of SS1 2JS does not seem to exist, but the building and address does.

192 lists Tessera at SS1 2* as
TESSERA CREDIT SERVICES MAITLAND HOUSE WARRIOR SQUARE SOUTHEND-ON-SEA SS1 2JS  01702 613 919
but again no listing for Rockwell.

They're really trying to hide themselves.

Rockwell Debt Collection are on 01702 444777 She did answer the phone as Tessera, but was able to deal with my clients Rockwell query.

OK so what happens to this number now that I have confirmed 0870 6060807 = 01702 444777 is it added to this sites database?

I see there was a discussion on here end of April or so about this Rockwell Debt Collection Agency. Did anyone come to any conclusion if this is actually a ligitimate company and if factually associated with Tessera Credit services Ltd? 

Thanks, there were jsut a few suspect things about this company that made me suspicious, then when I found nothing on google at all and then read this thread it made me think a third time. I also had s look on credit safe and Rockwell are not even listed as a subsidary/operating comany under Tessera and the registered address of Tessera is nowhere near the PO box address number Rockwell use either. All a bit strange. I think I will phone via tessera as you did and take it through there. Thanks for the prompt response.

How did you find the link between Tessera and Quicksalefast?

I see that a quicksalefast has a mobile number as a contact. This looks like a BMV property purchaser?
