Privilege Insurance (Read 39,050 times)

The Priviledge office address of 3 Edridge Rd, CR9 1AG is Directline House.
This is home to 95 companies, all of the Directline / RBS family.
The only suitable reference there, using UK Info, with a phone number is
Privilege Insurance Holdings Ltd 02086863313 Fax 02086810512.

However, most of the Priviledge companies there have a Leeds number of 0113 3991000
But a quick look for Priviledge in Leeds shows nothing.

Would offer more help, but gotta go. Will try again later.

The 5555 would be the memorable office number. So it might not be too far from that.

Theory.
Try replacing the first part of your number with 0113 292

However, Directline and Privilege (both in the same building) have the same 0845 prefix.

Directline's land number is 020 8686 2468.
Same theory, different numbers 020 8686 3126.

I would try 020 86863313 as Direct Line switchboards appear to end 3313. Ask to be put through to Priviledge Claims.

Or try 0113 3991000. Why does it have to be Croydon you ring? These sites will be linked, and the operators on the switchboard won't have a problem putting you through to somewhere else.

I know when I have rung UK Insurance (part of Direct Line) Leeds switchboard, I have been put through to Tesco Insurance in Liverpool by mistake.

Another number for Priviledge is 0113 2925555

I did as checking my policy. Regards

Try giving them a ring and see if they will put you through or deal with your enquiry.
