The Department of Works and Pensions (DWP) have now started using an 0845 number instead of a local office number, this is affecting anyone on Incapacity Benefit or Income Support that needs to contact them, the number is 0845 608 8506, does anyone have a geographical number for this please?

income support / incapacity . if use the number ( if still works) 01782 216600 ask to be put thro to income support or incapacity for the name ( ur surname ) they will transfer you to solihull even tho its a stoke-on-trent dialing code and from solihull head office u can travel to ur local branch .
think its solihull, black country accent, oh i dunno..
but the number worked last i used it and they put me thro' and thats all that mattered to me..
