In the database we have 0141 559 7000 but this is Sales and they can't or won't transfer to customer services.

Direct Holidays is  part of My Travel Group. Their head Office is:

HOLIDAY HOUSE
SANDBROOK PARK
SANDBROOK WAY
ROCHDALE OL11 1SA

01706 742 000

This number was given to me when I called 0141 559 7097 (Scottish Head Office) and claimed that I couldn't dial 0870 numbers. It is their Head Office in Rochdale, however, I tried this number after hours but could not get through to anyone. Might be worth trying during the day.

Direct Holidays also have offices in Aberdeen, Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Coventry, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Hull, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, Nottingham.  I think all of them have geog numbers.  For instance in Liverpool:

Direct Holidays
28-30 Williamson Street
City Centre
Liverpool L1
0151 707 2000 /2229

Addresses and phone numbers of the other travel centres are here: http://www.directholidays.co.uk/AniteNextPage.asp?p=SPECIFICOFFER_68507

When you call prefix the called number with 141 to hide your identity and if you manage to get through to somebody tell them that 087 calls are barred by your switchboard.

Let us know how you got on.

The number which is in the database which the OP refers to is 0115 8532400. This is the main number for the Nottingham office.

Could you let us know which number you got through on to customer services so that it can be entered in the database.

But, from a BT landline, a call of any duration to a Rochdale number costs 5p if you use 18185, 1899 or 18866.
