Their Contact Us page has a 0113 number for head office reception (0113 259 1122); will they not put you through?

I Google reveals that Emis has many numbers of the form 0113 380 3xxx.

One page (here) gives a fax for support as 0113 380 3700.

I have found numbers from 0113 380 32xx through to 0113 380 39xx. Support may well go through to one of these direct dialling numbers.

Perhaps you could ring some and ask staff for the extension number for support..... (withhold your number!)
