I have just called Scottish Gas Homecare after checking the geographical number on the database.

I found a list of numbers appertaining to 08453500600  (I first entered Scottish Gas to search for the numbers) and scrolled down to the last entry in the list for Homecare.  The number I dialled was 01789298840 only to be put through to another department who told me to redial ]b]08453500600[/b].

I then entered 08453500600 and the search brought up another set of Scottish Gas Homecare numbers.  I dialled 01698802101 and after entering my telephone number with dialling code I was immediately put through to the correct department and with any luck I'll have my hot water back again later on today... Now that's what I call a  result!
