Scottish Water/Business Stream

Anyone got a new geographical number for Business Stream which is the (allegedly) hived off branch of Scottish Water dealing with business customers? The Scottish Water switchboard will no longer put customers through to the business helpline and there is no listed number for Business Stream although the address seems to be, as before, 55 Buckstone Terrace, Edinburgh EH10 6YN

I'm looking for exactly the same number. I tried both 0800 number and was told they could not pass me anywhere. Then the 01383 (Dunfermline?) number and was told they could only pass me to Customer Services. I said fine. But customer services was only for domestic customers not business. So I was told to dial 0845 602(instead of 601)8855.

So a dead end.

Unless someone else has a better experience.

I Googled EH10 6YN and one result showed it to be a PO Box.

So I Googled "55 buckstone terrace" so as to get the proper post code for that address, which is EH10 6XH.

Put that into 192.com Business Search and five entries at number 55, two of which give phone number 0131 445 4141 and one gives fax 0131 445 5046.

Please let us know how you get on. If it works we can amend the database.

Unfortunately 0131 4454141 is now unobtainable.

The second result when you Google of "business stream" 0131 is this one which gives a fax number of 0131 445 8230. Trying 0131 4458200 gets through to "Business Stream".
