The Independent Complaints Advisory Service   (ICAS) has regional numbers all of which are 0845. Can this service be called on a geographical number?

Sorry for the delay in replying and for the lack of information.
I want to telephone the local ICAS service (Independent Advocacy Service) in the Norh East which is run by Carers Federation. The websites and local address are,

A search of the internet reveals other companies reside at 12 Mosley Street, and it appears to be a fully serviced office block:

The NHS website shows that Independent Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS) has been contracted out to different providers in different areas. The full list of areas and their providers is here.

The Carers Federation operates ICAS for East Midlands, Yorkshire & Humberside (sic), the North West and North East. The head office for Carers Federation is in Nottingham:

Assuming that the 0845 number goes through to the Newcastle office rather than the Nottingham one, I think that it (the Newcastle office) and other Carers Federation offices have been opened to provide the ICAS in the respective areas.
