I can't find the number mentioned on the website (I only briefly looked) but Gadget Helpline is run by TMTI Limited (www.tmti.net). A Google search of their post code reveals the following number - 01373 831564. Please try it and let us know if it works. If it does, it is probably a switchboard - ask to be put through to the Gadget Helpline.

I don't mind helping you with your request as long as you read the instructions!

You may wish to email them to inform them of that, and that you won't ring their premium rate numbers and wish to speak to them on a normal 01 number.

Yes 01373 839990 is the geographical number for their Frome Office.
