Mystery 0845 numbers and calls.

Can anyone help in finding who 0845 and 0844 numbers belong to? Also I have had 0845 and 0844 numbers on my phone bill (talktalk) and when I check back some of them seem to be to companies I have dealt with on the internet only. Can they charge me through the 0845 system? Others are for Bt and Virgin media. I have not rung them at all. The costs are not astronomical, maybe a couple of pounds a month but its my money and I don't want it going on something I didn't use.
Whats happening, HELP

I would have thought the numbers you mention belong to the companies that you say you have never called.

Is there someone else in your house that could have called these numbers you have mentioned without you knowing?

If you are certain that these numbers were never called from your phone then I would suggest you get in touch with Talk Talk and say that you have not telephoned these numbers and ask them for a refund.
