Nationwide Building Society - Nottingham

I want to contact the Nottingham branch of Nationwide and have beed presented with an 0845 number. The address is 11-13 Wheeler Gate, Nottingham. NG1 2NE. Want to speak to customer services about an error on my account and its not my fault! I then have to pay to ring them to put it right. Can any one help?

Nationwide Building Society has featured quite heavily on our forum, as over the last year or so it has switched all its geographic branch numbers over to 0845. I would be surprised if anyone will find an alternatives for branches.

I suggest that you look in the database under

nationwide building society

and you will see quite a number of central numbers for Nationwide.

24/7 banking services is listed as 01793 656789 and customer services is down as 0800 302010 and 01793 556800.

Let us know how you get on, including what you tried, what works and what doesn't and why.

You can call Nationwide Customer Services who are based in the UK on: 01793 656789 and ask them to put you through to the Branch or deal with you enquiry directly. I personally bank with them and have never had issues with things being resolved. I hope this helps.
