Minutes of the DVA Strategic
Management Board Meeting at
RTLD, Corporation Street,
18 December 2008
Belfast.

Quote:
11.3 In light of the recent media reports on 0845 numbers, the Agency should review its 0845 numbers.

From the document, under the heading "Outstanding Actions" in a table, it says:

Ref: 18.12.08-004
Action: To review the 0845 numbers used by the Agency.
When: Ongoing
Review/comments: It is proposed that DVA continue wuth the 0845 number for the present. There are indications that BT may provide this free to providers. Now that the telephony service will not be moving to Swansea it will be reviewed.

This review was designated as "Complete" at the meeting on 28 January 2009.

The main number, 0845 402 4000, starts of with a recording saying that calls are charged at "local rate", as does the contact pageRoll Eyes
