I asked for Pay Monthly customer services. I tried the 0113 and 08705 numbers first. They went to an automated response stating they were no longer in use and to use an 0844 number

Thanks alot for the feedback mjy58.

I've removed the 0113 number and put the 0870 number in the Other Info column as being "Also for 0870" etc.

Three direct customer service numbers we have are 0800 0321402, 0800 9777702 and 0800 9777027.

Just an update I called O2 PAYG Customer Service today on the 01 number in the verified database which is given as an alternative to: 0844 809 0222 and it continues to work. Call made at 19.25
