Subject line a bit vague but I will explain.

Just received an auto response after submitting a complaint to the ICO, and in that response it states:-
"If you require any further assistance please contact our Helpline on 0303 123 1113 or 01625 545745 if you prefer to use a national rate number."

For gawds sake, they are both charged the same!

Give them some feed back: https://www.ico.gov.uk/Global/contact_us.aspx#form

And advise this: Calls to 03 numbers will cost the same as calls to geographic numbers (starting 01 or 02), and be included as part of any inclusive call minutes or discount schemes in the same way as geographic calls.
