I can confirm this entry given in the Unverified Numbers database works:

Joules 0845 250 7170 01536 454252 Customer service - the others here don't work

There is an entry for Joules Clothing in the Verified Numbers Database for 0845 606 6871 and I can confirm that this 0845 number also connects to Joules, but this number is not used on the Joules website. It answers with the same menu as 0845 250 7170 and 01536 454252. The geographic alternative given, 01858 435255, rings for a long time and eventually results in a different set of menu options, which seem to be more aimed at trade accounts and enquiries.

I have not tried any of the other unverified numbers.

I've put the 0845 250 7170 number in the verified entry with 0845 606 6871 in the Other Info field.

The alternative is now 01536 454252.

The numbers 01536 274368 and 274333 were unverified and are now not recognised.

01536 454250 was answered by security now. I've removed this from the (unverified) database as we have a direct alternative.

Also, I've removed 01858 435255 from the database as well. This would appear to be for the registered office whose address is given on the terms and conditions page:

Joules Building, The Point, Rockingham Road, Market Harborough, Leicestershire LE16 7QU
