I notice that we have many unverified numbers on the database for John Lewis and only one verified (for Waitrose Wine).

01236 634444 goes straight through to an operator.
01698 545454 says that it is for international enquiries, but then gives options and is suitable for UK callers.

I have listed both of these with appropriate messages to convey these facts.
