http://www.keepmoving.co.uk/home_anon.aspxIf so it's a legitimate use for such a number, and I doubt you would be able to locate the 01/02 number for it.
I note under the number it gives an 090 number charged at 75p per minute.
If you are after FREE traffic info, I believe they advertise and App free of charge, should you use a Smartphone, alternatively have you tried the Highways Agency?
