Hi, does anyone have an alternative geo number for the Beefeater Grill Reward Club. The only number they give out is 0845 3300160. I've tried Whitbread in Luton to ask for an alternative number but they will only give out the 0845 number. thanks.

The question that springs to mind is which company operates this service and probably service? These sorts of services are often outsourced so don't assume that it is managed in-house.

The Beefeater Grill Reward Club Terms & Conditions states "The Beefeater Grill Reward Club is administered by Grass Roots Group UK Limited ("Grass Roots") on our behalf."

Hi, just to update this. I rang Grass Roots and although they gave me the same 0845 number they did give me an address that I could write to.

yes, the address is Customer Services, Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue, Dunstable, LU5 5XE.

They also deal with various Mystery Shopper companies so if it's a query about Beefeater Grill Rewards you have to be specific.
