This is NOT a number for trip advisor, this is a number for a private company who claim to be able to help but will be able to offer no more that can be found on any help page, I suggest you use trip advisor help and you can then e mail them and the cost will be nought, whatever you do do ot call this number at 1.53pm

I have found a number here which I could not find on the web site but still may be worth a try 0800 098 8460. although it does ssay you have to be a registered owner to use the number
