Depends on network your calling from but heres a useful site for you to check charges from BT.

Your see its 9p per minute and set-up cost of 15.96p So charged the same as 01/02/03 numbers and included in inclusive minutes where appropriate.

But not offered by 18185, 18866 and 1899.

Good of Derrick to point out they can't be accessed via 18185 etc.. All I said was they are included in BT inclusive minutes. Which are not used to access indirect short code numbers.
