Crimewatch New Number.

I noticed that the BBC were using a new geographical number 02920838200 last night instead of FreePhone 0500 600600.

This is a normal geographical BT Cardiff Number. You would have thought that if they were not going to offer a Freephone Number anymore,they would have replaced it with a decent 03 number.

Surely the fact they have to call a Cardiff number might put people off.

If your not aware Crimewatch comes from the BBC Studio in Cardiff.

Unless of course the 0500 number was not working for some reason. At some stage in any case they would need to replace it due to renumbering plans.
