Southern Water Still Using 0845 Contact Numbers. (Read 9,390 times)

Jul 26^th, 2014 at 4:29am I was surprised to see that Southern Water still promote 0845 Customer Service Numbers. http://www.southernwater.co.uk/about-us/contact-us/call-us.asp They are now 5 weeks past the date they should have complied with the directive ,you would have thought they would have got their act together by now.

Reply #1 - Aug 29^th, 2014 at 6:11am They have now introduced a 0330 number for Water and wastewater enquiries. 0330 303 0368 But suggest its only for mobile callers and still prominently promote the 0845 numbers. Reply #3 - Jul 2^nd, 2015 at 12:03pm Some improvement they are now promoting the 0330 numbers correctly apart from calling them local rate. They still retain a dreaded 0845 number for bill payments etc etc. So it costs a premium for the priviledge.

They still use 2 0845 numbers one for automatic payments as I mentioned previously when I touched on these changes ,and one for minicom use.
