The 0800 number that is indicated in the far right column...is this number the one that can be used for a free call on a mobile or is it the number that would normally be classed as a mobile freephone number but in fact I use one of the 01,02,03, etc. for a free call? Thank you.

What UK Mobile network are you calling from ?
Do you have inclusive minutes to 01/02/03 numbers ?
I assume you dont have inclusive calls to 0800/0808/0500 numbers am i correct ?

Hi, thanks for the reply.  Smiley

I'm on the Orange network. Yes, I believe my bundle (£30-00 inc VAT) includes 01,02 and 03. As far as I know, those numbers have to be converted to free numbers.

To be on the safe side, make the call to the 0800 number via one or other of the 'dial through' numbers (0200 222 0900 or 0200 222 0700 - one or other will work for you).

Dial the 020 number and then the voice prompt will tell you when to start dialling the 0800 number.
