NHS still bringing in 0844 numbers, when will they ever learn.

So one part of the NHS charges another part of the NHS to call an 0844 number (so no net gain) whilst a telephone provider takes a profit for providing the service, so the NHS makes a net loss by implementing this number.

Someone needs firing.
